At ShapeMuse, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after processing. Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment facilities in China, allowing us to offer our products internationally.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

International Shipping

As orders are shipped from China, international shipments may pass through customs before reaching their destination. Customs processing can occasionally extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team before sending your return.

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated return facility in China. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping label, as this may not be our designated returns facility. Our customer support team will provide the correct return address and instructions after your return request has been approved.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated 5–10 business day timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. A shipment arriving later than the estimated delivery window does not necessarily mean that it has been lost.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
